Mackenzie Valley Environmental Impact Review Board, 2007 NWTSC 24 (CanLII): Challenge by De Beers regarding referral to the first environmental impact review before the Mackenzie Valley Environmental Impact Review Board for the Gahcho Kue Diamond Mine.
